Seasonal Omakase Experience – Terms & Conditions

1. Venue & Availability

The Seasonal Omakase Experience is exclusively available at Kinjo Cobham, 39–43 Oakdene Parade, Cobham, KT11 2LR.
The experience is available Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, subject to availability.
A minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6 guests are permitted per event.
Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
All bookings must be arranged directly via hello@kinjo.co.uk and are subject to confirmation by Kinjo Cobham.

2. Menu & Dining Experience

The experience includes an exclusive 11-course Japanese tasting menu, carefully curated by Executive Chef Nabin Ghale.
The menu is seasonal and subject to change depending on ingredient availability and quality.
The experience takes place at our sushi counter, offering an intimate and interactive dining experience.
The sample menu is provided for reference only. Individual dishes may vary.
Drinks and additional items are not included unless otherwise specified.

3. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Guests must inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Due to the nature of the Omakase experience and the use of shared preparation areas, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Certain dietary requirements may not be accommodated due to the nature of the tasting menu. Our team will confirm suitability before accepting the reservation.

4. Arrival & Dining Duration

Guests are requested to arrive promptly for their 6:00 PM reservation.
The experience lasts approximately 2 hours, concluding at 8:00 PM.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or missed courses.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Any cancellations, changes to guest numbers or booking amendments must be communicated directly to the restaurant.
All amendments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Kinjo Cobham reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

6. General Conditions

The experience is subject to availability and advance reservation.
Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Kinjo Cobham reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the menu or event arrangements where necessary.
