Sushi Masterclass – Terms & Conditions

1. Venue & Availability

The Sushi Masterclass is exclusively available at Kinjo Cobham, 39–43 Oakdene Parade, Cobham, KT11 2LR.
The experience is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, subject to availability.
A minimum of 4 guests is required per masterclass.
Advance reservations are required, and all bookings are subject to confirmation by Kinjo Cobham.
All bookings must be arranged directly via hello@kinjo.co.uk.

2. Pricing & What's Included

The Sushi Masterclass is priced at £150 per person.
The experience includes step-by-step tuition and practical guidance from Executive Chef Nabin Ghale.
Guests will learn to prepare various types of sushi, including maki rolls, nigiri and handrolls.
Complimentary sparkling sake is included for guests aged 18 and over.
Guests will enjoy their freshly prepared sushi creations, accompanied by miso soup and tempura dishes.
Each participant will receive a sushi goody bag to help recreate maki rolls at home.
Additional food and beverages are not included unless otherwise specified.

3. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Guests must inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
The masterclass involves handling ingredients such as raw fish, seafood, soy and other potential allergens.
Due to shared preparation areas and equipment, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Certain dietary requirements may not be accommodated due to the practical nature of the masterclass. Our team will confirm suitability before accepting the reservation.

4. Arrival & Experience Duration

Guests are requested to arrive promptly for their 10:00 AM masterclass.
The experience lasts approximately 2 hours, concluding at 12:00 PM.
Late arrivals may result in missed instructions or a shortened experience.
Participants are expected to follow the chef's guidance and food safety instructions throughout the session.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Any cancellations, changes to guest numbers or booking amendments must be communicated directly to the restaurant.
All amendments are subject to availability and confirmation.
The masterclass requires a minimum of 4 participants. Kinjo Cobham reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session if the minimum number is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible if any changes are required.

6. Health, Safety & Participation

All participants must follow the chef's instructions when handling knives, kitchen equipment and raw ingredients.
Guests must inform the restaurant in advance of any medical conditions or accessibility requirements that may affect their participation, where relevant to arranging suitable adjustments.
Kinjo Cobham reserves the right to stop any activity that presents a risk to participants, staff or other guests.

7. General Conditions

The Sushi Masterclass is subject to availability and advance reservation.
The experience and included items may be subject to reasonable changes depending on ingredient availability and operational requirements.
Kinjo Cobham reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the masterclass arrangements where necessary.
Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests aged 18 or over, and valid identification may be requested.
